A day to reconnect in nature
Nourish is for if you feel stressed and overwhelmed more often than not. You might feel you can't see the wood for the trees and struggle to find time to focus and invest in you. You know you want something to shift in your life but feel stuck and just too darn tired to do anything different. You might also have a lot of internal chatter that gets in the way of you being really connected to what you want in your life.
If any of this resonates, Nourish could help you gain a bit of breathing space and a new perspective. It's a day to disconnect and reconnect whilst being in the beautiful surroundings of private countryside estate in Hertfordshire.
Through a combination of guided walks and purposeful conversations you will reflect on where you are now, your desires and how to move forward positively with some new tools.
This is an exclusive day for a small group (max 10 people) - a chance to gift yourself space and quality thinking time.

The cost for Nourish is £250 per person (incl VAT). This includes a delicious lunch and refreshments. You Are Not A Frog Retreat participants are being offered the NHS discounted rate at £150 per person (incl VAT).

Location & how to get here
Set in the grounds of the Cokenach Estate, the venue is set in an old, converted stable block. We are on the first floor and access requires the use of a staircase. If you are unable to use the stairs, please reach out to us and we’ll work out an alternative plan.
